Ishimwe Theonest is a calm and clever boy. While in class, Theonest likes drawing and coloring. Outside the classroom, Theonest can be found playing with a soccer ball. His favorite color is purple, and he enjoys watching cartoons. He lives in a small mud house with his single mother and three siblings. One of his brothers also goes to Hope Haven and the other two are not yet in school. They all have different fathers and not much is known about them as they're not involved in the kids lives at all. Theoneste's mom works in neighbors' fields to earn a living and provide food for her children. She is also a part of Hope Haven's Earning and Learning program to cover his and his brother's school fees.
