Keilla lives with her parents and two older brothers, Jean De Dieu and Ganza Ivan, who both attend Hope Haven. Keilla comes from a poor family. Her father drives a motorcycle taxi and her mother is a housewife. Keilla's mother serves at Hope Haven when she is able to help cover school fees.
