Hamad is a quiet and smart boy. While in class, he loves playing with study materials and drawing and coloring. On the playground, he loves racing with friends. Dogs are his favorite animal. He has no siblings; he lives with his single mother and his grandparents.  His mother works in the gardens of others in exchange for food or as a porter on construction sites. She is the sole provider for the entire family.
