Irasubiza Frank is a quiet and smart boy. While in class, he loves learning sounds, drawing and shading. He also loves watching cartoon videos . Outside the classroom, Frank can be seen playing from swings. Frank dreams of becoming a police officer. Frank is the last born in a family of six girls and three boys. Three of the siblings; Ishimwe Lilian, Maniragena Divine and Nshimiyimana Donotie attend Hope Haven. Frank comes from a vulnerable family; His dad is a peasant while the mom works at Hope Haven as a cleaner. The parents also randomly serve in Hope Haven farming fields as an alternative way of paying school fees. the family lives in their own small mud house near the school community.
