Annet is a playful girl who loves listening to stories and drawing in class. She also loves to sing and dance. She lives with her mother, stepfather, and older stepbrother. Her stepbrother, Shafi, also comes to Hope Haven. Her father's whereabouts are unknown. Annet comes from a poor family. Her stepfather has no profession but will occasionally work as a casual laborer. Her mother works as a manager of the store for garden tools at Hope Haven. She also serves at Hope Haven's farming fields as an alternative way for paying for school fees.
