Victor has 1 sister who is the older sibling.  She already graduated from school.  Victor started at Hope Haven in the fall of 2022 when the secondary campus was completed.  He lives with his grandmother when he returns home from school.  They live in the Eastern province; it takes 2 or 3 hours to return home on the bus at the end of each term. In his free time, Victor likes to read books and work on homework.  His favorite food is rice.
