Janvier is a sharp and playful girl. Her favorite activities in class are coloring and singing. Outdoors, Janvier can be seen racing with friends or playing with a ball. Her favorite color is green, and a goat is her favorite animal. Janvier is an only child.  Janvier comes from a poor family; neither of her parents have a permanent job.  They work labor jobs  available in the community like gardening, portering and washing people's clothes. However,  these jobs are sometime hard to find. Her mother occasionally  serves in Hope Haven farming fields as an alternative way of paying school fees. The family lives in a small poor mud house which they rent.
