Emelyne is a quiet and smart girl. While in class she enjoys drawing and shading. During recess she loves playing on the swings. Her favorite color is yellow and she loves goats. She has three brothers but none attend Hope Haven. Emelyne lives with her mother after her father abandoned them when she was two years old. Her father's whereabouts are unknown. Her mother does not have a profession but earns income by doing small jobs around the village like gardening and construction. Her mother also serves at Hope Haven to help cover school fees.
